- Any photographs you send Where Is Basil? will become the property of Where Is Basil? and may be used for promotional purposes.
- You guarantee that you will ship the Fawlty Towers DVD Collection to the next person on the list 1 week after receiving it.
- You pay all fees related to shipping. There’s no restriction on how you ship it, but the sooner it gets to the next person, the sooner they can enjoy it!
- Where Is Basil? its partners, associates, sponsors and anyone affiliated with it are in no way responsible for any costs related to shipping or packaging the DVD Collection. We are also in no way responsible for a delivery not happening. If you don’t get the DVD Collection someone in the community screwed up (which we hope doesn’t happen!)
- You agree to maintain the Fawlty Towers DVD Collection in excellent condition. Any damage to the DVD Collection in any way will be cause for punitive damage (i.e. you’ll buy a new DVD Collection).
- We will never divulge any personal information to advertisers of any form. We will never send you anything unsolicited.
